“We were using paper Excel Spreadsheet copies to do our truck checks and couldn’t read some of our Volunteer Firefighters handwriting. So, we decided to upgrade our system to a digital format by Fire Department Online. We can track calls better and have a payment system for our burn permits. We can use our smartphones to communicate within the program. The support from Doug at Fire Department Online has been great. Any time I have a question or wanted something changed, it was dealt with right away. There are upgrades to the system all the time and they can be seen on our phones right away.
